Attending CPA meetings is a great way to find out what is happening within the school and is a demonstration of your interest and support. The Principal, Mrs Robyn Kronenberg attends all our meetings. If you are unable to attend but would like an issue raised, simply email your concerns to the President at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and they will be addressed at the next meeting as necessary. The CPA meets on the first Monday of each month in term time, at 7.30pm in Cananore (the building behind the bus turning circle on the Senior Campus). Any changes are advised via Ancanthe, the weekly newsletter.
If you are not a meeting goer, answering a ‘Will you help?’ request to volunteer at one of our major events will always be welcomed. We generally ask for help in 30 minute time-slots, and there’s always pack-up after the event!

If time constraints limit your ability to participate in volunteer activities then your attendance and participation at the various activities arranged by the Association during the year will be a valued contribution.
Another way to get involved is to become a committee member, or a year group contact. These positions are filled at the Annual General Meeting of the Association each November. The AGM is convened at the end of the academic year in order to facilitate the election of Committee members who will assume roles such as Fair Co-ordinator, as the Fair is generally scheduled for week 3 or 4 of Term 1.
Executive office bearers are the President, Secretary and Treasurer. The President is able to serve a maximum 3 year term.
Other elected positions include Year Representatives and Event Co-ordinators [Father-Daughter Camp, Fair, and Christmas Craft & Food Market], as well as a Web Page Manager and an Asset Manager.
